The upcoming blockbuster game Illuvium is a potentially lucrative opportunity for early investors.
If you are not familiar with Illuvium, this description from their website FAQ describes it best:
Illuvium is a collectible NFT RPG game and auto-battler rolled into one. There is an open-world RPG experience in the overworld, where you mine, harvest, capture, and fight Illuvials.
Once you have assembled your team you can join the fray in the autobattler where you strategically build your teams to beat your opponents in battle. The Illuvials possess unique stats, classes, and affinities. The synergy of your team — based on how you match their strengths and compensate for weaknesses — could mean a winning streak for you.
Illuvium is slated to launch two games in the first quarter of 2022. Illuvium: Zero and the Illuvium core game.
Illuvium: Zero is a mobile mini-game that will interact with the main game and will be a base building game which will be staged on a piece of land. The free version of land will not produce resources that can interact with the main game. Paid land will produce resources which can interact with the main game. There will be 100k plots of paid land in total, and the first land sale will offer 20k of these plots for sale in a dutch auction format. — the Illuvium guide
Crown will be heavily investing in the initial Illuvium: Zero game to create a mining colony.
The Illuvium core, or primary game is where players will hunt for rare illuvials in an open-world style area, assemble them into teams and use them to fight. For the fighting portion, recently an autobattler private beta has been opened where qualifying players will be able to test gameplay in this survival mode portion of the game.
With this ability to experience gameplay, Illuvium is becoming a leader in blockchain gaming projects that can carry out on promises made to the community.
That’s not to say that the platform hasn’t had bumps along the way however. In late 2021, the Illuvium Discord server was hacked and this ultimately allowed attackers to announce a “stealth mint” that directed users to a fraudulent site. The Illuvium team took swift action by fixing vulnerabilities and refunding users that were affected. While attacks and exploits are concerning, the quick and open response by the team was reassuring that any future occurrences will be dealt with competently.
This responsive Illuvium team is made up of a public team with impressive backgrounds. The two founders, Kieran and Aaron Warwick, have experience building a successful crypto currency exchange and world-building game development. Illuvium also announced in late 2021 that they are adding executives with gaming marketing experience such as Scott McCarthy from Twitch, and Veronica Foo from Riot games.
As well as the Illuvium blog, there are many sources of information about the upcoming game, but one of the best is from @theinfoluvial. Take a moment to view some of their impressive work below.
There are many ways to get involved with Illuvium and Crown Capital. The best way to learn more is to visit our website or by chatting to our members in our Discord. Crown Capital is preparing for its $CROWN ICO soon, allowing public investment and growth. Crown intends to build squads of players and explore serious Esports opportunities.
“The Gaming industry is truly massive and it’s growth over the last 20 years has been extraordinary. Yet despite the billions of players one major ingredient was missing! True player ownership of assets. Now finally we the player investors get to own the fruits of our labor. Crown Capital brings investors and gamers together in the new metaverse play-to-earn economy by purchasing important assets in tier one games and providing profit sharing job opportunities for talented guilds and players.” — Dylan Shub, Founder
